禅寺の保養所としてはじまった玉の湯が作る精進豆。創業当時から作り続けている伝統の味です。国産大豆をからりと揚げ、豆の食感と風味を残しつつ、醤油と砂糖をしっかりと絡め、たっぷりのごまをふりかけました。食感を楽しんだ後にくる唐辛子の辛味も良いアクセントとなり、お酒のつまみにもぴったりです。
