由布院で昔から親しまれているお茶うけです。各家庭で作り方が異なるのですが、玉の湯特製の「柚子ねり」は柚子の表皮を深くむき、果肉の部分を丁寧に刻んでまろやかに炊き上げました。素朴でありながら、柚子の爽やかさを感じ、上品で優しい甘さが魅力です。緑茶や紅茶などとの相性が良く、来客時のおもてなしや、ご自宅でのティータイムでお楽しみください。
